Answer: Yes, of course.

Question: I don't have the money to pay your fees and I don't have a decent credit rating, is that OK?
Answer: No, sorry. You must be financially capable of paying your bills, and your accounting department must be congenial about authorizing payments

Question: I have a complex issue that has never been tackled before in industry, can you give me a firm-fixed-price quote to get this job accomplished?
Answer: More than likely, yes.

Question: Will that cost a lot?
Answer: It might, depending on your level of definition of what it is you want.

Question: I really need an employee to be in the office 8 hours a day, 5 days a week - can you provide this service?
Answer: That's unlikely at this time, unless you're willing to pay a very steep hourly rate. There are any number of head-hunters out there who can fill this need for you more efficiently than we can.

Question: What are your fee requirements.

Answer: We usually require a half payment up front, with the balance due on delivery. Standard 30 day payment is required. However, we offer a discount for early payment.
